I say to you, if you discern My love in every moment of happiness, you will multiply a thousand fold your capacity to fully enjoy your blessings.
Man is unable to be happy in his happiness and to rejoice in his joys because he doesn’t relate himself to My love for him and therefore blocks his own receptivity. He cannot abandon himself to joy because of the memories of the past pain and fear of future loss. He is robbed by the past and frightened by the future. He cannot free himself of either his remembered disappointments or his anticipated losses.
